Subject: CT-2016-015 - The Commissioner of Competition v Vancouver Airport Authority

Direction to Counsel (from Mr. Justice Gascon, Chairperson)

Further to the case management conference held on February 14, 2018, and further to Justice Gascon’s Order, dated February 15, 2018, re-scheduling the hearing of this matter to commence the week of October 1, 2018, the Tribunal directs the parties to submit, by 4:00 p.m. EST on Friday, March 2, 2018: (1) a proposed timetable that has been agreed upon by the parties regarding the additional discovery and pre-hearing disclosure steps to be completed between now and the hearing; or (2) separate proposed timetables, in the event that the parties cannot agree.

Following receipt of the parties’ submissions, the Tribunal will convene a case management conference during the week of March 5, 2018, in order to finalize the revised scheduling order to be issued by the Tribunal.
