Further to Ms. Johnson’s email of October 12, 2017 in which Ms. Johnson proposes to provide the Tribunal with an agreed timetable by October 27, 2017, this is to inform the Parties that Justice Phelan agrees with the proposed date. If by this date an agreed proposed timetable is not submitted, a case management conference call for the purpose of fixing the schedule will be taking place.
