Subject: CT-2016-015 - The Commissioner of Competition v Vancouver Airport Authority

Direction to Counsel (from Mr. Justice Gascon, Chairperson)

FURTHER TO the Parties’ correspondence of June 16, 2017 indicating that Vancouver Airport Authority (“VAA”) intends to proceed with its Motion with respect to the adequacy and accuracy of the summaries prepared by the Commissioner of Competition (the “Commissioner”);

THE TRIBUNAL DIRECTS AS FOLLOWS:

  1. The hearing of the Motion filed by VAA on May 10, 2017, requiring the Commissioner to produce complete, adequate and accurate summaries, will be held on Monday, June 26, 2017, in Ottawa, beginning at 9:30 am, for a maximum duration of one (1) day.

  2. VAA is to serve and file its Supplementary Motion Record and Memorandum of Fact and Law by the end of the day on Wednesday, June 21, 2017.

  3. The Commissioner is to serve and file his Supplementary Memorandum of Fact and Law, if any, by mid-day on Friday, June 23, 2017.
