FURTHER TO the Parties’ responses regarding their availability for the hearing of the Respondent’s motion,

THE TRIBUNAL DIRECTS AS FOLLOWS:

  1. The hearing of the Motion filed by the Respondent, Vancouver Airport Authority (“VAA”), on May 10, 2017, requiring the Commissioner of Competition to produce complete, adequate and accurate summaries, will be held on June 7, 2017, in Ottawa, beginning at 9:30 am, for a maximum duration of one (1) day.

  2. The Tribunal confirms that VAA has served and filed its notice of motion and supporting affidavit on May 10, 2017.

  3. The Applicant, the Commissioner of Competition, is to serve and file his response by May 15, 2017.

  4. The parties are to serve and file their respective Memorandum of Fact and Law by May 24, 2017.
