Further to the Direction dated March 17, 2017 in which at para. 8 directs that the parties are to indicate to the Tribunal, by March 22, 2017, how much time will be needed for the hearing of the Motion, the city in which such Motion shall be heard, and their availabilities on April 28 or 29 and during the week of May 1, 2017, please note that the dates of April 28 or 29 is amended to read April 27 or 28.

All other provisions of the existing Direction remain unchanged.
