ORDER AMENDING THE SCHEDULING ORDER OF DECEMBER 20, 2016


[1]  FURTHER TO the notice of application filed by the Applicant, the Commissioner of Competition, against the Respondent, Vancouver Airport Authority, pursuant to section 79 of the Competition Act, RSC, c C-34, as amended;

[2]  AND FURTHER TO the Scheduling Order issued by the Tribunal on December 20, 2016;

[3]  AND FURTHER TO the Parties’ confirmation of their availability on July 17, 2017 for the hearing of any motions arising from answers to undertakings or refusals previously scheduled to take place on July 12, 2017.

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:

[4]  The Scheduling Order issued on December 20, 2016 shall be modified as follows: the “Hearing of any motions arising from answers to undertakings or refusals” initially scheduled for July 12, 2017 will now take place on July 17, 2017;

[5]  All other provisions of the Scheduling Order remain unchanged.
