ORDER QUASHING THE ORDER GRANTING REALTYSELLERS REAL ESTATE INC. LEAVE TO INTERVENE


[1]  FURTHER to the Order of November 2, 2011, granting Realtysellers Real Estate Inc. leave to intervene;

[2]  AND WHEREAS a Further Hearing for the reconsideration of the Commissioner’s application filed on May 27, 2011, is scheduled to take place in October 2014;

[3]  AND WHEREAS no one appeared on behalf of Realtysellers Real Estate Inc. at the Initial Hearing, which was held from September 10, 2012, to October 18, 2012, and no written submissions were filed on its behalf;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:

[4]  To the extent only that the Tribunal’s Order of November 2, 2011 granted Realtysellers Real Estate Inc. leave to intervene, it is quashed. CREA’s right to intervene is not affected by this Order.
