The Chairperson has directed me to advise you as follows: DIRECTION EXTENDING THE LIMIT FOR FILING A TIMETABLE Further to the written request made by counsel for the Commissioner of Competition and the Respondents on October 13, 2010, to extend the time for the filing of an agreed timetable, the Tribunal hereby directs that the time limit to file an agreed timetable in the above matter is extended to Wednesday, October 27, 2010. If the parties cannot agree on a timetable, each party shall serve on the other parties a proposed timetable and file it with proof of service on or before Friday, October 29, 2010.
