ORDER ON CONSENT EXTENDING THE TIME TO FILE THE COMMISSIONER’S REPLY AND ALLOWING THE RESPONDENT TO FILE A SUPPLEMENTAL COMPENDIUM
[1] FURTHER TO the application filed by the Commissioner of Competition (the “Commissioner”) pursuant to sections 77 and 79 of the Competition Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-34;
[2] AND FURTHER TO the Tribunal’s Order Relating to Matters Considered at the Case Management Conference of October 4, 2007;
[3] AND FURTHER TO the request made by the Commissioner in which she asks that the date for the service and filing of her Reply be extended from December 14 to December 20, 2007;
[4] AND FURTHER TO the parties’ request that the date for the filing of the Compendium be extended from December 20 to December 21, 2007;
[5] AND FURTHER TO the Respondent’s request that it have the option to serve and file on or before December 28, 2007, a supplemental Compendium volume containing evidence that addresses any issues raised by the Commissioner’s Reply;
[6] AND WHEREAS these requests are on consent of the parties; THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT: [7] The Commissioner shall serve and file her Reply with proof of service on or before Thursday, December 20, 2007.
[8] The parties shall file the Compendium on or before Friday, December 21, 2007; [9] The Respondent is hereby given leave to serve and file a supplemental Compendium volume on or before Friday, December 28, 2007;
