CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING THE TIME FOR THE SERVING AND FILING OF THE RESPONSE TO FEBRUARY 3, 2006
[1] FURTHER to the Order Relating to Matters Considered at the Case Management Conference of December 9, 2005, which provided that the Respondents’ response would be filed by January 20, 2006;
[2] AND FURTHER to the Respondents’ request for an extension of time to file a response to the notice of application filed by the Commissioner of Competition under section 92 of the Competition Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-34;
[3] AND FURTHER to the written consent of counsel for the Commissioner of Competition dated January 13, 2006;
[4] AND UPON determining that the Respondents’ request for an extension until February 3, 2006, should be granted.
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT: [5] The time limit to serve and file a response to the notice of application filed by the applicant under section 92 of the Competition Act is hereby extended to February 3, 2006.
