Competition Tribunal Tribunal de la Concurrence REGISTRY DOCUMENT # 130 Direction of the Chairperson of the Competition Tribunal: Intervenor status will not be granted to the Canadian Wheat Board ("CWB") at the hearing on the motion for interim relief which will be held at the Competition Tribunal on October 3 rd , 2005. However, this is a public hearing, and the CWB is welcome to attend it.
