COMPETITION TRIBUNAL ORDER EXTENDING THE ORDER DATED SEPTEMBER 24, 1999

The Commissioner of Competition v. Universal Payphone Systems Inc.

FURTHER TO the application of the Commissioner of Competition pursuant to subsection 74.11(2) of the Competition Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-34, for an order extending the Order issued by the Competition Tribunal on September 24, 1999 in this matter ("Order");

UPON the applicant’s notice of application dated October 22, 1999, the applicant’s memorandum of argument dated October 22, 1999, the affidavit of Larry W. Bryenton dated October 22, 1999 and the respondent’s consent dated October 22, 1999;

UPON the consent of the applicant and the respondent to the Order being extended for a period of 14 days from the date of this order;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT: 1. The Tribunal’s Order of September 24, 1999 in this matter is hereby extended for a period of 14 days from the date of this order.
