The Director of Investigation and Research v. Canadian Pacific Limited et al.
FURTHER TO the Order Regarding Scheduling dated April 3, 1997; AND FURTHER TO the motion brought by the Director of Investigation and Research (“Director”) for an extension to prepare summaries of the information contained in documents subject to a claim of public interest privilege;
AND FURTHER TO the motion brought by the Director on behalf of all parties for an extension to exchange documents listed in the affidavits of documents because of technical difficulties;
AND UPON hearing the submissions of counsel; THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT: 1. The Director shall produce summaries of the information in documents subject to a claim of public interest privilege by June 6, 1997 except that the transcript of the section 11
examination of Mr. Miles and the summaries of the transcripts of the section 11 examinations of Messrs. Keller and Storozuk shall be produced by May 9, 1997.
2. The parties shall exchange the documents listed in their affidavits of documents by May 9, 1997.
