FURTHER TO section 79 of the Competition Tribunal Rules; AND ON consulting with the parties; THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT: 1. It being understood that any comments and requests for leave to intervene in this matter must be filed by April 7, 1997, the Director of Investigation and Research shall, and the respondent may, serve and file replies to any comments and responses to any requests for leave to intervene by noon on Friday, April 11, 1997.
2.(1) If no requests for leave to intervene are received, the hearing of the application shall take place on Monday, April 14, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. at 600-90 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
(2) If requests for leave to intervene are received: (a) the hearing of the application shall take place on Tuesday, April 22, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. at 600-90 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario; and
(b) a pre-hearing conference shall be held on Wednesday, April 16, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. at 600-90 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
