FURTHER TO the Order Regarding Scheduling dated May 31, 1996; FURTHER TO the motion by the Director of Investigation and Research to postpone the pre-hearing conference scheduled for June 19 and 20, 1996 for medical reasons;
AND FURTHER TO the motion brought by Fletcher Challenge Limited ("Fletcher") on June 17, 1996 for an order dismissing the application as against Fletcher;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT: 1. The pre-hearing conference scheduled to be held on Wednesday and Thursday, June 19 and 20, 1996 shall be postponed to Thursday and Friday, July 4 and 5, 1996, starting at 9:30 a.m. (EDT), and shall be held in the hearing room of the Competition Tribunal at 90 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
2. Any memoranda in response to the motion by Fletcher shall be served and filed by 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, July 2, 1996.
