FURTHER TO paragraph 20(c) of the Competition Tribunal Rules; AND UPON consultation with the parties; THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT: 1. The hearing of the application shall commence on Thursday, February 8, 1996, at 10:00 a.m. at 600 - 90 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
2. A pre-hearing conference shall be held on Friday, February 2, 1996. If counsel for the parties agree that it is not necessary to hold a pre-hearing conference on that date, counsel shall so advise the Registrar.
