APPLICATION FOR VABIATION OF ORDER per section 106(b) The Respondent, Chrysler Canada Ltd. hereby applies for variation of the Competition Tribunal's order of October 13, 1989 as follows:
1. That the order of this Tribunal that Chrysler Canada Ltd. accept Richard Brunet as a customer for the supply of Chrysler parts on trade terms usual and customary to its relationship with Brunet as the said terms existed prior to August 1986 be rescinded;
- 2 -2. That the provisions of the Competition Tribunal Rules relating to an application which ordinarily apply be dispensed with pursuant to section 38;
3. That this application be disposed of without the personal appearance of any party or intervenor pursuant to section 39 of the Competition Tribunal Rules.
