The Director of Investigation and Research v. Air Canada et al.

FURTHER TO the notice of motion and accompanymg documents filed by PWA Corporation and Canadian Airlines International Ltd. on December 2, 1992 regarding the abridgement of pre-hearing procedures and the establishment of an early hearing date;

AND ON HEARING the submissions of counsel for the parties; THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT: 1. The parties shall respond to all requests to intervene filed on or before December 18, 1992 before or at the pre-hearing conference on December 21, 1992.

- 4 -2. The Director of Investigation and Research shall serve and file his affidavit of documents and provide copies of the listed documents to the other parties on or before December 17, 1992. PWA Corporation and Canadian Airlines International Ltd. shall serve and file their affidavit or affidavits of documents and provide copies of the listed documents to the other parties on or before December 18, 1992. The remaining respondents shall serve and file their affidavits of documents and provide copies of the listed documents to the other parties on or before January 4, 1993.

3. A further pre-hearing January 6, 1993. The matters to be considered at that conference shall include any issues of confidentiality or privilege raised by the exchange of documents.

4. The hearing of the application to vary the Consent Order dated July 7, 1989 shall commence on February 1, 1993.
