The Director of Investigation and Research v. Southam Inc. et al.

FURTHER TO the Reasons and Order, dated June 2, 1992; THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT: Counsel for the parties shall appear before the Competition Tribunal sitting at the Federal Court of Canada, 700 W. Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, on Monday, November 9, 1992 at 10:00 a.m., in order to submit evidence and argument on the appropriate remedy with respect to the print real estate advertising market on the North Shore;

On or before Friday, October 23, 1992, counsel for the parties shall serve on each other and file with the Registrar any material to be considered at the hearing on November 9, 1992.
