COMPETITION TRIBUNAL ORDER REGARDING SCHEDULING OF HEARING

The Director of Investigation and Research v. Southam Inc. et al.

FURTHER TO the Reasons and Order dated June 2, 1992; AND FURTHER TO discussions with counsel for the parties; THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT: If the parties arrive at an agreement on a remedy with respect to the print real estate advertising market on the North Shore, counsel for the parties shall appear before the Tribunal at Suite 600, 90 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario, on Tuesday, July 7, 1992 at 10:00 a.m.;

On or before Thursday, July 2, 1992, counsel for the parties shall file any material to be considered at the hearing on July 7, 1992;

Should the parties not arrive at an agreement, counsel shall inform the Registrar on or before Thursday, July 2, 1992.
