RESPONSE OF 153333 CANADA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP THE GEMINI GROUP AUTOMATED DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS INC. AIR CANADA SERVICES INC.

1. The Respondents, 153333 Canada Limited Partnership (now The Gemini Group Limited Partnership) and The Gemini Group Automated Distribution Systems Inc. and Air Canada Services Inc. (now 160092 Canada Inc.) (the "Respon-dents"), oppose the Notice of Application by the Director of Investigation and Research dated March 3, 1988 before the Competition Tribunal and hereby adopt the Responses filed on behalf of PWA Corporation and Air Canada as their own.

2. The Respondents ask that the Application be dismissed. 3. Service on the Respondents of any documents in con­nection with this proceeding may be effected on Messrs.
