Subject: CT-2016-015 - Commissioner of Competition v Vancouver Airport Authority

Direction to Counsel (from Mr. Justice Gascon, Chairperson)

Further to the discussion with counsel at the pre-trial case management conference held on September 7, 2018, the Tribunal directs as follows:

1. Any “initial” witness statements that have not been previously filed with the Tribunal and that have not been superseded by supplementary witness statements are to be provided to the Tribunal on or before Friday, September 21, 2018. Counsel can contact the Tribunal Registry for a list of the witness statements so far submitted to the Tribunal.
2. Any agreed admissions or agreed statement of facts shall be filed on or before Monday, September 24, 2018;
3. The jointly prepared witness schedule, containing the information set out in the Direction of September 5, 2018 shall be filed on or before Tuesday, September 25, 2018.
4. On or before Friday, September 28, 2018, the parties shall notify the Tribunal as to the anticipated duration of their opening statements and whether they intend to file written opening submissions.
5. The parties’ position on costs shall be filed on or before Friday, November 9, 2018.
