Direction to Counsel (from Justice Jocelyne Gagné)

Further to the Parties’ responses to the Tribunal’s email of yesterday regarding the filing of their materials related to the Motions filed on October 30, 2018 for answers to questions asked during Examinations for Discovery, Justice Gagné directs the following:

  1. The Parties are to serve and file their responses by 4:00 p.m. on November 9th, 2018 and their Replies, if any, by 4:00 p.m. on November 14th, 2018.
  2. The hearing of both motions will be heard on Tuesday, November 20th, 2018 in the hearing room of the Tribunal located at 610-90 Sparks Street, Ottawa, beginning at 1:30 p.m., for a maximum duration of half a day.
