FURTHER ORDER ON COSTS


[1]  UPON the request from Me Felipe Morales, counsel for the Applicant Mr. Luigi Corretti, to reconsider or alternatively offer directives regarding the costs awarded in this matter;

[2]  AND UPON Rule 397(2) of the Federal Courts Rules which permits the Tribunal to correct errors or omissions in an order;

[3]  AND UPON considering that it has always been the Tribunal’s intention to grant only one set of costs to the Garda group of companies as they retained same counsel and filed a common motion record;

[4]  THE TRIBUNAL IS THEREFORE CLARIFYING ITS JUDGMENT IN THIS MATTER AND ORDERS THAT:

  1. $1,000 in costs be awarded to the defendant Garda as a whole, and not to each of the Garda companies named in the application.
