DIRECTION TO THE PARTIES (from Mr. Justice Gascon, Chairperson)

 

 

FURTHER TO the Notice of Hearing issued by the Tribunal on March 16, 2020 scheduling the hearing of the Commissioner’s Application for a Temporary Order for March 23, 2020;

 

AND FURTHER TO the Notice regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic issued by the Tribunal on March 18, 2020;

 

AND FURTHER TO yesterday’s e-mail of counsel for the Commissioner advising the Tribunal that the Department of Justice does not consider it urgent that the Commissioner’s Application be heard on March 23, 2020;

 

THE TRIBUNAL DIRECTS AS FOLLOWS:

 

The hearing currently scheduled for March 23, 2020 is hereby adjourned and will be postponed to the earliest possible date as soon as the Tribunal’s normal activities resume. The Tribunal will issue a new Notice of Hearing in due course.
