DIRECTION TO THE PARTIES (from Mr. Justice Gascon, Chairperson)
FURTHER TO today’s e-mail request by counsel for the Commissioner of Competition (“Commissioner”) for permission to file and serve a memorandum of fact and law;
THE TRIBUNAL DIRECTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Commissioner’s request is granted and the Commissioner’s memorandum of fact and law shall be served on the Respondents and filed with the Tribunal with proof of service by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. The memorandum of fact and law shall be served on the Respondents in accordance with the Competition Tribunal Rules regarding the service of documents.
The deadline for the Respondents to serve and file a memorandum of fact and law, if any, is hereby extended and the Respondents’ memorandum of fact and law shall be served on the Commissioner and filed with the Tribunal with proof of service by 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 19, 2020. The memorandum of fact and law shall be served on the Commissioner in accordance with the Competition Tribunal Rules regarding the service of documents.
