Further to the request made by counsel for the Commissioner of Competition (“Commissioner”) at the Case Management Conference of August 31, 2020 seeking a one-week extension of the time to file the public version of his confidential expert report(s) (to be served and filed on September 4, 2020), and further to the agreement of counsel for the Respondent, the Tribunal directs the Commissioner to serve and file the public version of any confidential expert reports on or before September 11, 2020.
