Re: Extension of time
Further to the email sent to the Tribunal Registry by counsel for the Respondent on October 8, 2020, the Tribunal directs as follows:
1) an extension of time is granted to the Respondent, until Tuesday, October 13, 2020, to serve the witness statement of Mr. Heimbecker;
2) the Applicant shall have the right to make submissions to the Tribunal, no later than Friday October 16, 2020, regarding any impact that the late service of Mr. Heimbecker’s witness statement may have on the scheduling of the remaining pre-hearing steps in this matter.
