Except for situations where counsel is responding to a matter specifically required by an Order or a Direction issued by the Tribunal in this Application, no letter, email, correspondence or other submission from counsel (together, “Submission”) shall be accepted for filing by the Tribunal registry or considered by a judicial member unless such Submission indicates when counsel for the other party has been contacted about it, what the position of the other party on the contents of the Submission is, and what are the areas of disagreement between the parties. The Tribunal expects counsel to confer amongst themselves and to make bona fide efforts to resolve any area of disagreement before bringing a Submission to the Tribunal.
