Re: Costs

 

Further to the Direction issued by the Tribunal on November 13, 2020, which directed the parties to file their position on costs with the Tribunal on or before Monday, February 1, 2021, and upon consideration of the submissions made by counsel at the hearing of the Application on January 25, 2021, the Tribunal directs as follows:

 

  1. The parties shall exchange their respective bills of costs with each other on or before Monday, February 8, 2021.

  2. The parties shall have until Monday, February 22, 2021 to reach an agreement with respect to the quantum of each party’s costs (including disbursements) that may be awarded by the Tribunal. If the parties fail to agree or only reach a partial agreement, they shall file their respective submissions on costs with the Tribunal before the end of the day on Monday, February 22, 2021.
