C-34, and of an Application record under section 104 of the Competition Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-34., and considering the timing considerations identified by the Commissioner, the parties are directed to participate in a hearing later today, Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at 1:00 p.m.
a. Parties are directed to join 5 minutes prior to the above-mentioned time. They will be placed on hold until Chief Justice Crampton joins the video conference.
