Further to the direction issued by the tribunal on November 10, 2021 scheduling the hearing of the Respondent’s motion to compel production of third-party documents, and further to the email of November 12, 2021 from counsel for Secure Energy Services, advising that the parties have resolved the issues raised in said motion and that Secure Energy Services is abandoning the motion, without costs, the Tribunal directs that the hearing scheduled on November 17, 2021 is cancelled.
