The parties’ pleadings, as amended;
The expert reports; and
The witness statements.
Where there are both confidential and public versions of certain documents, only the confidential version is required. Where there are both “confidential – Level A”, and “confidential – Level B” versions, only the “confidential – Level A” version is required.
