ORDER AMENDING THE SCHEDULING ORDER (Application under section 92)
[1] FURTHER TO the Scheduling Order issued by the Tribunal on June 17, 2022; [2] AND FURTHER TO the Parties’ written request to move the time for delivery of mediation briefs by one day to June 29, 2022, and the concurrence of the Mediator to that request;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT: [3] The Scheduling Order issued by the Tribunal on June 17, 2022, is amended to provide that the deadline for the Parties to exchange Mediation Briefs and for delivery to the Mediator via the Tribunal Registry shall be June 29, 2022;

All other provisions of the Scheduling Order remain unchanged.
