ORDER REGARDING MOTION VARYING THE SCHEDULING ORDER
FURTHER TO an application filed by the Commissioner of Competition (the “Applicant” or the “Commissioner”) on May 9, 2022 against Rogers Communications Inc. and Shaw Communications Inc. (the “Respondents”) (collectively, the “Parties”) under section 92 of the Competition Act, RSC, 1985, c C-34 (the “Application”);
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS as follows:
The Commissioner’s cross motion for an Order varying to the Scheduling Order dated July 21, 2022 is adjourned sine die;
2. This adjournment is without prejudice to the Commissioner’s ability to proceed with this motion should he deem necessary.
