Re: Confidentiality Order
The Tribunal has received Mr. Law’s communication to Mr. Bello, which follows the Attorney General’s request under Rule 51 to the Registry on August 19, 2022.
For the purposes of the examinations for discovery this week, the parties and the intervenors may assume that the Confidentiality Order dated May 19, 2022, will be amended substantively as proposed by them on August 19, 2022 (nunc pro tunc), but with necessary revisions to reflect the style of cause that includes both Intervenors.
All parties and both Intervenors are encouraged to agree upon terms for an amended Confidentiality Order suitable to this proceeding, as soon as practicable, having regard also to Rule 51(d).
