Re: Upcoming Case Management Conference
- Further to the Direction issued on August 23, 2022, the parties and intervenors are asked to update the Tribunal on the status of the proposed amendments to the Confidentiality Order dated May 19, 2022.
- The Case Management Conference scheduled for Friday, September 9, 2022, will commence at 10 AM (ET) and will be held by videoconference. The registry will provide a link to the video conference by email. The parties are requested to confer and provide the Tribunal with a proposed agenda. All parties and intervenors are reminded that CMCs are considered to be in camera meetings.
- Counsel are also reminded to copy and, where required, to serve, both Intervenors on communications and documents to be filed with the Tribunal.
