Re: Confidentiality Order
In response to the Applicant’s request by letter dated September 28, 2023, the Chair of the Tribunal authorized the Registry to accept certain materials filed by the Applicant on September 29, 2023, in confidential form. The Applicant concurrently filed public versions.
The Tribunal directs the Applicant, as soon as practicable, to communicate with the Respondents’ counsel concerning the terms of a Confidentiality Order to be issued by the Tribunal and, if not already filed, to provide evidence supporting its confidentiality claims.
