NOTICE PURSUANT TO SUBSECTION 103.1(5) OF THE COMPETITION ACT
[1] WHEREAS an application was filed on October 2, 2024, by Goshen Professional Care Inc., pursuant to subsection 103.1(1) of the Competition Act, RSC 1985, c C-34 (“Act”) for an Order granting it leave to make an application under sections 75 and 79 of the Act;
[2] AND WHEREAS pursuant to subsection 103.1(3) of the Act, the Commissioner of Competition (“Commissioner”) certified, in a letter filed on October 11, 2024, that this matter is not currently the subject of an inquiry nor was it the subject of an inquiry that has been discontinued because of a settlement between the Commissioner and the persons against whom an order is sought;
TAKE NOTICE THAT: [3] The Competition Tribunal confirms that it can hear this application for leave.
