Dear Mr. Abboud: RE: Goshen Professional Care Inc. (“Goshen”) v The Saskatchewan Health Authority (“SHA”) and The Ministry of Health (the “Ministry”) File No. CT-2024-007 (the "Proceeding")
We write the Tribunal to provide an update with respect to the application for directions made to Justice Bergbusch of the Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan last Friday, November 22, 2024.
Following a hearing of approximately three hours, Justice Bergbusch reserved the matter before him. While providing no fixed date for a determination, he did state that it was his intention to have a decision released within two weeks.
Forthwith upon hearing of a determination, we will report further to the Tribunal. Of course, if further information is required before a determination is made by Justice Bergbusch, we would be pleased to hear from you and provide any such information.
