NOTICE: January 15, 2025
On December 20, 2024, the Tribunal issued an Order granting the Respondents an extension of the period of time to serve and file their response to Friday, February 14, 2025.
The period of time for any person affected who wish to seek leave to intervene in the present proceeding pursuant to subsection 9(3) of the Competition Tribunal Act is therefore extended to Monday, February 24, 2025.
The period of time for the Applicant to serve and file a reply is also extended to Friday, February 28, 2025.
