Re: Case Management Conference The next Case Management Conference in this matter will be on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time, by videoconference.
The agenda will include: Setting hearing dates, and a schedule of events and deadlines leading to the hearing, for Google’s motion for a stay arising from its Notice of Constitutional Question dated February 14, 2025; and
Discussion of the overall schedule towards a hearing on the merits of this matter, and related issues including possible bifurcation of the hearing.
The Registry will provide videoconference details separately. The Tribunal confirms that Google’s counsel has agreed to provide this Direction to the Attorneys General who received the Notice of Constitutional Question (other than those who have already advised that they will not intervene).
