[1] FURTHER TO an application filed by the Commissioner of Competition on May 5, 2025, against Canada’s Wonderland Company (collectively, the “Parties”), for an order pursuant to section 74.1 of the Competition Act, RSC, c C-34, as amended;
[2] AND FURTHER TO the informal request of the Parties dated July 3rd, 2025, to extend the deadline to file a proposed timetable or timetables pursuant to Rule 40 of the Competition Tribunal Rules, SOR/2008-141, by one week;
[3] AND CONSIDERING that this informal request is on consent;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:
