Direction to Counsel (from Mr. Justice Little, Chairperson)

FURTHER TO the pending constitutional challenge by Google Canada Corporation and Google LLC (the “respondents”);

AND CONSIDERING a letter dated July 14, 2025, from the respondents, requesting leave from the Tribunal to file a factum on behalf of both respondents of up to forty (40) pages in length, double-spaced;

AND CONSIDERING that the applicant, the Commissioner of Competition, does not consent to or oppose this request;

THE TRIBUNAL DIRECTS that the respondents may file a memorandum of fact and law of up to forty (40) pages in length, double-spaced, by August 22, 2025, in accordance with the Bifurcation and Scheduling Order dated May 7, 2025.
