Re: Termination of proceedings

FURTHER TO the Case Management Conference on June 20, 2025, during which Goshen Professional Care Inc. (the “applicant”, represented by its owners) advised that it intended to terminate (formally, to discontinue) the application under section 103.1 of the Competition Act against the Ministry of Health and the Saskatchewan Health Authority (collectively, the “respondents”);

 

AND CONSIDERING that the applicant, by email dated June 24, 2025, confirmed that it no longer pursues the application;

 

AND CONSIDERING an email from counsel dated July 9, 2025, on behalf of both respondents, advising that the respondents will not be seeking costs in this matter;

 

THE TRIBUNAL CONFIRMS AND DIRECTS that this matter is terminated.
