Dear Registry, Re: Competition in Commissioner of Competition v. Google Canada & Google LLC Court File No: CT-2024-010

We would be grateful if you would bring this letter to the attention of Justice Little. The Scheduling Order requires that the parties advise the Tribunal as to whether they require a judicial member to attend a mediation session. The parties are in discussion and are attempting to identify a suitable private sector mediator. The parties will advise the Tribunal if an agreement can not be reached.

Yours truly,

Alexande r M Gay
