5) Le mgme jour, j'ai remis ces copies certifiees conforrnes B Lawrence McManus de la firme Rapid Taggers Process Serving Ltd.;
6) J'ai donne instructions a Lawrence McManus de signifier I'avis de demande aux intimes en I'instance;
7) Le 15 mai 2007, j'ai regu I'affidavit de signification de Lawrence McManus pour la signification de I'avis de demande A I'intime Minto Roy; 8) Je joins comme annexe (( A )> du present affidavit cet affidavit de signification de Lawrence McManus qui contient des allbgations que je crois gtre des faits qui sont vrais;
9) Dans son affidavit, Lawrence McManus ~txpliquele s demarches qu'il a faites afin de signifier I'avis de demande A I'intini6 Minto Roy; 10)Le 9 mai 2007, Lawrence McManus a tent6 de signifier I'avis de demande A I'intime Roy B son lieu de travail, c'est-a-dire aux bureaux de 11intim6 Premier
Career Management Group Corp., mais la receptionniste lui a dit que I'intime .
Roy ne serait pas la de la journee;
1l)Le meme jour, Lawrence McManus slest rendu tl la residence de 11intim4R oy, mais il n'a pas pu le rencontrer a cet endrloit;
12)Cependant. le m6me jour, A la residence de 11intimt5R oy, Lawrence McManus a par16 & une personne adulte rksidant rsgalement A cet endroit, A savoir la conjointe de 11intim4R oy;
13)ll a laiss6 B la conjointe de I'intime Roy une enveloppe adressee A ce dernier et contenant une copie certifiee de I'avis cle demande;
14)De plus, le 10 mai 2007, Lawrence McManus a envoy& par la poste B I'intime Roy, i% I'adresse de sa residence, une autre copie certifiee de I'avis de demande;
