2. I have reached a satisfactory agreement ending any outstanding differences between myself and Chrysler Canada Ltd. and as part of this agreement, I have instructed my solicitors to consent to the issuance of an order in the form attached as Schedule •A• to this my affidavit.
3. As part of my agreement with Chrysler canada Ltd. I have agreed that I will not in the future assert in any legal proceedings that actions of Chryslci (Uada Ltd. have substantially affected my business or precluded me from cauying on business within the meaning of section 75 of the Competition Act.

ORDER VARYING ORDER OP OCTOBER 13, 1989 per Section 106(b) FURTHER TO section 106(b) of the Competition Act and the Notice of Application filed by Chrysler Canada Limited;
AND FURTHER TO the Consent of all parties and Richard Brunet filed;
AND FURTHER TO the Affidavit of Richard Brunet filed; THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:
1. The order of this Tribunal that Chrysler Canada Ltd. accept Richard Brunet as a customer for the supply of Chrysler parts on trade terms usual and customary to its relationship with Brunet as the said terms existed prior to August 1986 be and the same is hereby rescinded;
2. The provisions of the Competition Tribunal Rules relating to an application which ordinarily apply are dispensed with pursuant to section 38;
3. The provisions of the Competition Tribunal Rules relating to personal appearance are dispensed with pursuant to section 39.
