Re: Issuance of Confidential Reasons

Today, March 3rd, 2023, the Tribunal released the Confidential Reasons in matter CT-2021-002 to the parties. A public summary of the Reasons was simultaneously released, in both English and French.

 

As instructed in paragraph 733 of the Confidential Reasons, parties are directed to review those Reasons and to propose, preferably jointly, any redactions to be made to them in order to protect confidential evidence and information, by March 17, 2023. After having considered the proposed redactions, the Tribunal will subsequently issue a public version of the Reasons.
