Good morning: The parties write to ask for a brief extension of the deadline to file motions with respect to a idavit of documents until Monday July 7 th in the above referenced matter. The parties are having productive discussions with a view to narrowing or eliminating the need for motions at this stage. With the extra time, motions filed on July 7 th , if any, will be su iciently targeted so that they can still be heard on July 14 as contemplated by the schedule.
